Hello! I’m Lindsay & here are some things about me:

  • I could answer almost any trivia question about Seinfeld or Gilmore Girls thrown at me.

  • I’d be lost without my color coded google calendar telling me what to do each day.

  • I love learning about nutrition especially after being diagnosed with an autoimmune disease.

  • I enjoy traveling and learning about all the different ways of living out there.

  • I love dancing, dressing up (or down), disco and being silly!

  • I’ve read A TON of personal development books (my husband is worried I may have a hoarding problem lol)

  • I’m obsessed with my shih tzu puppy Ollie :)

  • I’m a recovering perfectionist just trying to keep her shit together and give herself grace one day at a time.

My passion is working with female-identifying folx in their teens, 20’s and 30’s who have had to grow up too fast and want to relax. Usually, they’re trying to learn to validate and nurture themselves when they were never shown how. Having had my own experience with this I know it can feel simultaneously hard, confusing and painstakingly slow while also rewarding, empowering and freeing at the same time.

To help my clients, I incorporate mindful inner child work and teach skills using acronyms. I have a collaborative approach where feedback is very welcome and I’ll tailor it to your unique needs. We’ll definitely get around to creating treatment goals that we’ll revisit to make sure you’re making progress. I’m also known to recommend a worksheet or two to help my clients make progress between sessions.
